FAN LETTERS

To send fan letters on Weverse:

1. Download the Weverse app

2. Join the BTS channel

4. Select the “Artist” tab

4. Select “Fan Letter”

5. Choose Jungkook 

6. Create your fan letter

Only fan letters can be sent to Jungkook. 

(BigHit Music no longer allows gifts).

Rules for mailing Fan Letters to be delivered to Jungkook:

1. Only standard letter size envelopes (made out of paper) are accepted. No small packages, boxes, or anything other than the envelopes described.
2. Both mail/registered mail can be delivered.
3. Fan Art is accepted, as long as it is small enough to fit inside the accepted envelope (without being bulky like a package).
4. The P.O. Box address is strictly for company employees only. Fan visits are strictly forbidden. Do not visit this address.
5. Do not visit the company and leave gifts. All gifts will be discarded immediately.
6. All fan letters must be mailed to the posted address in order to be delivered to Jungkook.
7. Check with your local post office (for the language required to write the mailing address). You can write the address in both Korean and English. Ensure it is written clearly.
